    All about Woking

Welcome to not only Woking All Winners 2009 but also Woking.

So you're considering coming to Woking, so what do you need to know and how can we help?

Well first off where are we? The Rhoda McGaw Theatre is self contained within the Ambassadors complex which also features the New Victoria Theatre and multi screen cinema. And all alongside the Peacocks shopping Centre

By road, Woking is about 25 miles west of London just off Junction 10 or 11 of the M25. If you're coming from the west then you will find the town sandwiched between the M3 (Junction 3) and A3 to the north of Guildford.

If trains are your preferred transport then Woking mainline station is well served with trains from London Waterloo taking around 25 minutes. Waterloo is just a short underground ride from most London termini. From the other direction, trains from many major towns and cities stop here. For example, Exeter, Weymouth, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Southampton. Slightly closer too are Reading, Guildford and Bracknell. Check on Qjump or one of the other train timetable website for journey times, routes and fares.

Now you know where we are and how to locate us, a valuable source of information can be found on our Window on Woking web site.

The Window on Woking web site. has detail on accommodation if you are staying over, places to visit in and around Woking and where to eat - and Woking is well served by pubs and restuarants.

If you are still in need of further information regarding the town then there is an information centre located within the theatre and cinema complex and they may be contacted as follows:
